Job Summary:
As the Head Bartender in our traditional Japanese restaurant, you will lead the bar team in curating a unique beverage experience. Your role involves crafting imaginative fusion cocktails, experimenting with diverse ingredients, and ensuring the consistency and quality of beverages served. Fostering a hospitable atmosphere and maintaining high standards are integral to the success of the bar operations.Responsibilities:
- Craft original and imaginative fusion cocktails, combining ingredients from various culinary traditions.
- Experiment with new ingredients, techniques, and presentation styles for a one-of-a-kind drinking experience.
- Ensure consistency and quality, adhering to established recipes and standards.
- Provide effective leadership to the bar team, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service.
- Mentor and guide staff in mixology techniques and customer service.
- Create an ambiance that complements the Japanese concept, fostering an atmosphere of hospitality.
- Focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations related to bar operations.
- Oversee compliance with all relevant industry standards.
- Proven experience as a Head Bartender or in a similar role in a high-end fusion-style establishment.
- In-depth knowledge of mixology, cocktail preparation techniques, and current beverage trends.
- Creative flair and a passion for experimenting with flavors and ingredients.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Customer-oriented with a strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure gracefully.
- High school or equivalent is required
- 3+ years of experience as a Bartender is neccessary
- English Language is esstential
- Experience in Night Shift is required
- Experience in Overnight Shift is required
- License/Certification: PIC is required
