- Provide intensive care for premature and critically ill newborns from admission through discharge
- Conduct clinical assessments, interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans
- Monitor neonatal patients continuously and respond promptly to changes in condition
- Perform life-saving procedures and support respiratory and nutritional management
- Collaborate with pediatricians, nurses, and specialists for coordinated neonatal care
- Educate parents on neonatal care, feeding practices, and infant development
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in line with healthcare standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to safety protocols
- Supervise and train junior medical staff and support team development
- Stay updated with advancements in neonatal intensive care and apply best practices
- Medical degree with specialization in Neonatology or Pediatric Intensive Care
- Board certification in Neonatal Intensive Care or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Consultant in NICU settings
- Western-trained background preferred
- Strong clinical expertise in neonatal critical care management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in high-pressure and multicultural healthcare environments
