This role sits at the intersection of strategy, solution design, operating model development, and learning innovation.The Strategy & Solutions Lead works closely with senior learning and business leaders to shape how learning operates at scale while staying close to execution. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys turning strategy into practical models, guiding innovation thoughtfully, and helping organizations embed new ways of working over time.This is not a purely conceptual or advisory role.
