Strategy & Solutions Lead, Enterprise Learning Operations | Onsite UAE | UAE-BasedThe OpportunityWe are seeking a Strategy & Solutions Lead to support a large-scale, enterprise learning operations environment in the UAE. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, solution design, operating model development, and learning innovation.The Strategy & Solutions Lead works closely with senior learning and business leaders to shape how learning operates at scale while staying close to execution. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys turning strategy into practical models, guiding innovation thoughtfully, and helping organizations embed new ways of working over time.This is not a purely conceptual or advisory role. It requires sustained onsite presence and hands-on ownership across strategy, design, and implementation.What You Will OwnEnterprise Learning Strategy and AdvisoryPartner with senior learning and business leaders to shape learning strategy within a complex enterprise environmentProvide practical advisory support on learning transformation, capability development, and solution directionSupport decision-making with clear analysis, trade-offs, and recommendationsDevelop roadmaps that connect learning strategy to operational realitySolution Design and InnovationIdentify and evaluate learning approaches, technologies, and delivery models that are relevant, scalable, and fit for purposePrioritize innovation efforts based on business value and feasibilityLead pilots and exploratory initiatives where appropriateContribute to technology, automation, and AI-enabled workflows that support learning operationsSupport adoption of new tools and approaches in a way that is practical and sustainableDesign Quality and StandardsEstablish and uphold standards for learning design quality across solutionsReview and challenge learning designs to ensure they are effective, usable, and evidence-basedPartner closely with design teams to strengthen consistency and qualityCoach and support team members to raise overall design capabilityOperating Model Design and EmbeddingOwn the design and ongoing embedding of the learning operating model within an enterprise environmentDefine service structures, roles, responsibilities, and ways of workingDesign end-to-end workflows that connect strategy, design, delivery, and governanceCreate clear documentation such as process maps, RACI models, and operating guidelinesEnsure the operating model is practical, understood, and adopted by delivery teamsWorkshops, Facilitation, and AlignmentLead working sessions and co-design workshops with enterprise stakeholders and internal teamsFacilitate conversations that clarify priorities, dependencies, and decision pointsDrive alignment across groups with different perspectives and constraintsCapture decisions and outcomes clearly so teams can move forward with confidenceProcess Design and AdoptionDesign and refine workflows across enterprise learning operationsDefine process standards, quality checks, and performance measuresIdentify opportunities to simplify, streamline, or improve how work gets doneSupport adoption of new processes through clear communication and engagementHelp teams move from current practices to improved, scalable ways of workingLocation & Working ModelThis role is based in the UAE, with primary location in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. A consistent onsite presence of 4–5 days per week at client facilities is required.Additional InformationThis role supports a dedicated client program and will be employed locally in the UAE in alignment with regional employment requirements.What We’re Looking ForExperienceApproximately 10–15 years of experience in learning strategy, consulting, transformation, or operating model designProven experience working within complex, enterprise learning environmentsStrong background in learning strategy, solution design, and learning operationsExperience designing operating models, workflows, and processes that are practical and adopted by teamsComfort working closely with senior stakeholders while remaining hands-onStrong facilitation experience leading workshops and alignment sessionsEducationBachelor’s degree requiredMaster’s degree in Organizational Development, Business, or a related field preferredIf you enjoy shaping how learning operates at scale, working closely with stakeholders, and owning the practical side of strategy and solution design, we encourage you to apply.
