Team Leader (Semi Solids)

• Making monthly and daily packaging plans to utilize the machine hours and man-hours to its optimum level.
• Checking and approving monthly packaging plan as per market requirement.
• Responsible for organizing and controlling the material issuance and inventory control in co-ordination with store manager and planning department.
• Co-ordinating with production, planning department and quality assurance department for the availability of bulk and running packaging lines as per the requirements dates.
• To evaluate and assess sub-ordinate trainings needs in co-ordination with Julphar Training centre in regard to basic cGMP, on the job training and SOPs implementation.
• Co-ordinate with maintenance dept for the execution of preventive maintenance program, trouble shooting during the breakdown and cleanliness of the area.
• Contact external suppliers for tool, equipment requirements in coordination with purchase and maintenance dept.
• Responsible for plant safety and security in coordination with maintenance department and operation director.
• To control productivity yields, and capacity optimization of packaging and manpower distribution.
• Verifying Master Packaging Instruction (MPI) and validation of products.
• Approving the process parameters and in-process controls in the packaging department of all plants
• Checking, revising, and updating SOPs in order to comply with cGMP.
• Verifying the qualification of equipments in packaging department of all plants.
• Arranging daily packaging plan with warehouse and following daily packaging activities in order to fulfill packaging plan.
• To ensure that all MPIs, SOPs are followed and all logbooks are in order.
• To check and counter sign Batch Packaging record and process execution correctness.
• To check and ensure utility performance in coordination with Quality and maintenance dept.
• Participate in equipment, process and cleaning validation studies with QA department.
• To evaluate, check and approve batch document before forwarding to Quality Control/ Quality Assurance Department.
• Ensure that the necessary staffs are adequately trained.
• Attendance and receiving of Data Integrity trainings and mentorship.
• Responsible to follow Data Integrity principles as per regulations.
• Communicate with sub-ordinates and/or superiors for better understanding on Data Integrity implementation
• Responsible to explain and cascade coaching on Data Integrity procedures.
• Conduct walkthroughs and rounds in corresponding area for ensuing Data Integrity and gap identification.
• Responsible to conduct and follow up assessments and progress of Data integrity systems.
• Give suggestions and recommendations on Data Integrity adherence practices.
