- Collaborate with project managers to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to established deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Supervise and lead project teams, providing guidance, motivation, and support to ensure effective collaboration and project success.
- Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure construction projects meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations.
- Monitor project budgets, expenses, and financial performance, taking corrective actions as needed to ensure projects remain within budget constraints.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery, ensuring proactive measures are taken to address challenges.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, keeping them informed about project progress, changes, and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure that all construction activities comply with relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the construction management process.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- 7 to 10 years of proven experience in the building construction industry, emphasizing project management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- In-Depth knowledge of Villa Construction (A-Z)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
