Delivering integrated project deliverables exclusively in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks.
Responsibility for the quality and accuracy of the model and project deliverables.
Coordinating designs with Building Services, Architecture and other engineering disciplines.
Mentoring peers and providing technical documentation, modelling, and engineering advice.
Undertake drawing reviews and model audits utilizing tools such as Bluebeam, Autodesk Navisworks etc.
Troubleshooting issues and support technical team members.
Leading Coordination and Collaboration utilizing the Federated Model in the following platforms: Autodesk Navisworks, BIM360 Model Coordination
Collaboration and liaison with other engineering teams & groups to ensure all design elements are considered.
Ensures compliance with BIM execution plans
Takes accountability for own work and subordinate's work
Adopts creative and innovative solutions to assigned tasks and develops appropriate research and documentation to support these solutions.
Conducts Revit and BIM training sessions
Ability to Work independent for Concrete, Steel, Precast Structures including detailing
Experience setting up and coordinating a BIM Protocol and execution plan for a given project
Requirements
Diploma / bachelor's degree related to Civil / Structural Engineering preferred
Minimum 10 years (production) experience in Building design, BIM modeling and Coordination in Revit / BIM Tools
Middle East experience preferred (7+ years)
Hand on Experience with BIM360 / ACC (2-3 Years Min required)
Autodesk BIM certified Professional Preferred
Experience in Dynamo, grasshopper, Rhino preferred
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Resourceful team-player with ability to work independently
