We are looking for a dynamic and professional Front Office Agent to join our team at a luxury resort in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in/check-out process while providing exceptional service and assistance to our guestsResponsibilities:Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficientlyManage reservations and ensure accurate billing and payment processingMaintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby areaCoordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfactionRequirements:Previous experience in hospitality or a customer service role preferredProfessional appearance and strong attention to detailAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentWilling to relocate to Ras Al Khaimah, UAEExcellent communication skills: fluent in English (additional languages are a plus) * Candidates from CIS and Asian countries are encouraged to applySalary & Benefits:Salary: AED 2,000 + AED 1,000 service chargeFree accommodation, meals, transportation, visa, and medical insurance
