- Handle daily reconciliation of GL accounts ensuring all entries are accurate and aligned with financial records
- Review and resolve mismatches by coordinating with operations, finance, and system teams
- Monitor outstanding balances and ensure timely clearance within defined timelines
- Maintain documentation for audit and compliance verification
- Support month-end activities including balance validation and adjustments
- Process transaction-related entries linked to issuing and acquiring flows
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives
- Degree in Accounting Finance or related discipline
- Practical experience in reconciliation within banking or financial services
- Understanding of transaction flows including issuing and acquiring processes
- Comfortable handling large data sets with precision and consistency
- Able to investigate issues independently and coordinate across teams
