- Assign tasks and guide plumbers and technicians
- Plan and coordinate installation of piping, drainage, and water systems
- Inspect plumbing work to ensure quality and compliance with standards
- Read and interpret plumbing drawings and layouts
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
- Identify and resolve complex plumbing issues
- Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment
- Maintain records, reports, and documentation
- Enforce safety procedures and conduct toolbox talks
- Water supply and distribution systems
- Drainage and sewage systems
- Hot and cold water systems
- Pumps and piping networks
- Sanitary fixtures and installations
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and installation methods
- Leadership and team management skills
- Ability to read technical drawings and plans
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and plumbing codes
- Time management and organizational skills
- ITI / Diploma in Plumbing or related field
- Several years of experience as a Plumbing Technician or Plumber
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Plumbing license (if required by local regulations)
- Safety certifications (beneficial)
- Construction sites, residential and commercial projects, industrial facilities
- Indoor and outdoor work
- May involve working at heights or in confined spaces
- Requires site supervision and coordination with multiple team
