- Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and company policies
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Coordinate visa processing, renewals, and government-related procedures
- Support payroll preparation and leave management
- Assist in recruitment and employee relations activities
- Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar role in the UAE
- Strong understanding of UAE labour laws and HR best practices
- Mandatory fluency in Tagalog and English
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
