- Develop, implement, and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, TILOS, or other tools
- Provide delay and progress analysis for rail and civil works, ensuring alignment with contractual requirements
- Review and approve contractor schedules, identifying risks, delays, and mitigation plans
- Assist in establishing, monitoring, and updating the Master Schedule from design to commissioning
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and schedule forecasts
- Coordinate closely with contractors' planning teams to resolve schedule issues and finalize reports
- Conduct “what-if” analyses to assess impacts of variations, risks, and testing sequences
- Maintain key registers including claims, risk/events, stakeholder, and interface logs
- Support project managers and stakeholders with clear communication of schedule status and risks
- Ensure all planning and scheduling activities comply with industry standards, contract requirements, and Parsons procedures
- Lead schedule review meetings with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders
- Provide technical input on sequencing, testing, commissioning, and integration for rail systems and MEP works
- Implement best practices for critical path method (CPM) scheduling and project controls
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project scheduling, with a strong focus on rail/metro projects
- Expertise in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and related scheduling tools
- Experience with major infrastructure works including viaducts, tunneling, and MEP systems
- Strong background in metro or subway improvement projects, preferably within GCC
- Consultancy experience in large infrastructure projects is highly desirable
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Contribute to major rail and metro system improvements shaping Dubai's transport future
