- Deliver outpatient pediatric care including preventive health, immunizations, acute illness management, and chronic disease follow-up.
- Collaborate with family medicine physicians and specialists for shared case management and ongoing learning.
- Provide care that follows current standards of practice and is grounded in evidence-based guidelines.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with children and their families, fostering confidence and long-term continuity of care.
- Practice with cultural sensitivity and adaptability for both Emirati and expatriate populations.
- Actively contribute to team development through case discussions, quality improvement, and professional education.
- Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to all company protocols and UAE healthcare regulations.
- Fulfill licensing and credentialing requirements through the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP).
- Medical degree (MD/MBBS or equivalent) with residency training in Pediatrics.
- Minimum 2 years of independent practice experience beyond residency.
- Eligible for UAE MOHAP licensure in Pediatrics.
- Proficiency in English required; Arabic proficiency preferred
- Demonstrated commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Willing to learn, receive feedback, and collaborate.
- Motivated to grow professionally and contribute to building something new.
