- Conduct initial training to introduce the projects and evaluate their ability to manage payment services for deposit and withdrawal requests.
- Ensure uninterrupted payment operations 24/7.
- Manage relationships with agents to ensure satisfaction and effective collaboration.
- Manage all payment-related support queries by acting as a mediator between agents and merchants, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both agents and merchants.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure reconciliation and maintain accurate closing balances.
