Position OverviewThe Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s overall marketing strategy, with a strong focus on brand management, market positioning, and demand generation. The role will lead initiatives that strengthen brand visibility, support sales growth, and position the company as a leader in the manufacturing sector.This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities and experience in B2B industrial or manufacturing marketing.Key Responsibilities· Develop and execute the company’s overall marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.· Lead market research to identify industry trends, competitive positioning, and new market opportunities.· Collaborate with executive leadership to support business growth and expansion plans.· Establish and maintain a strong brand identity and brand positioning across all markets.· Ensure consistent branding across product lines, marketing materials, and digital platforms.· Manage brand reputation and oversee brand communication strategies.· Support product launches and market entry strategies.· Develop go-to-market plans for new products and product lines.· Work closely with sales teams to create marketing programs that drive lead generation and revenue growth.· Oversee digital marketing initiatives including website, SEO, social media, and online campaigns.· Manage corporate communications, advertising, and public relations activities.· Develop marketing materials including product brochures, catalogues, presentations, and case studies.· Build and lead a high-performing marketing team.· Manage external agencies, designers, and marketing vendors.· Establish marketing KPIs and measure campaign effectiveness.Qualifications· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).· 8–12 years of marketing experience, with at least 4–5 years in a leadership role.· Experience in manufacturing, industrial, building materials, or B2B sectors is highly preferred.· Proven track record in brand management and market expansion.· Strong knowledge of digital marketing, brand strategy, and product marketing.· Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
