- Diagnose and manage a broad range of ENT conditions including sinusitis, otitis media, hearing loss, sleep apnea, and head and neck tumors
- Perform advanced ENT procedures such as tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, septoplasty, functional endoscopic sinus surgery, microscopic ear surgery, laryngoscopy, and head and neck reconstructive surgery
- Interpret diagnostic investigations including CT and MRI imaging, audiograms, and endoscopic evaluations
- Provide comprehensive outpatient consultations and inpatient management using evidence-based clinical guidelines
- Collaborate with audiologists, speech therapists, anesthesiologists, and other specialists to deliver integrated care
- Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and departmental protocol development
- Contribute to CME activities and maintain continuous professional development
- Ensure accurate clinical documentation and adherence to patient safety and governance standards
- Board certification in Otolaryngology from a recognized body such as American Board or Royal College
- Valid DHA license or eligibility for Dubai Health Authority licensure
- Minimum 5 years post-specialization experience in a tertiary care or academic hospital
- Proven expertise across adult and pediatric ENT cases
- Strong diagnostic, surgical, and communication skills
- Commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and continuous learning
