The Operations Manager, Wellness and Guest Experience leads daily spa and wellness operations at Atlantis The Royal Dubai, ensuring seamless service delivery, strong commercial performance, and exceptional guest satisfaction. The role combines strategic leadership, emotional intelligence, and operational control to elevate wellness experiences while developing high-performing teams.What You'll Do
  • Oversee the complete guest journey across spa, wellness, and holistic services
  • Ensure consistent delivery of Forbes Five Star service standards
  • Drive personalized wellness experiences using guest preferences and history
  • Manage daily operations including scheduling, room utilization, cleanliness, and safety
  • Lead quality assurance audits and ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
  • Support revenue growth through treatment capture, retail conversion, and upselling strategies
  • Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and implement continuous improvement actions
  • Collaborate with resort departments on guest experience and wellness initiatives
  • Maintain accurate guest profiles and treatment records within wellness systems
  • Lead departmental meetings, briefings, and performance reviews
  • Oversee training, onboarding, and continuous development of wellness teams
  • Manage budgeting, inventory, financial reporting, and commission calculations
  • Support sales, marketing, and promotional activities related to wellness offerings
  • Build, inspire, and develop a motivated, high-performing wellness team
Ideal Profile
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Assistant Spa and Wellness Manager or Spa and Wellness Manager
  • Strong background in wellness, fitness, therapy, or spa operations
  • Proven ability to lead high-volume luxury wellness environments
  • Excellent guest handling, conflict resolution, and service recovery skills
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational capabilities
  • Commercial awareness with experience in revenue, budgeting, and cost control
  • Ability to work under pressure while remaining visible, approachable, and hands-on
  • High level of professionalism when engaging with senior stakeholders and VIP guests
