- Serve as the primary communications strategist and advisor for Al-Futtaim's Automotive Division, aligning with brand and corporate leadership teams
- Develop and implement 360° communications strategies spanning media relations, social media, internal engagement, event activations, and digital content
- Lead cross-functional storytelling that supports executive visibility, brand reputation, and stakeholder trust
- Oversee major Tier-1 events, sponsorships, and product launches that align with global brand strategies and local market goals
- Provide expert communications guidance to C-level automotive executives on messaging, media handling, and strategic outreach
- Manage PR and communications agency relationships, ensuring top-quality delivery and ROI
- Build and execute a strong governance framework for brand messaging consistency across multiple teams
- Mentor and lead a team of communications managers while coordinating efforts across the broader brand network
- Own division-level budget for communications, PR, and media campaigns with full accountability for spend efficiency
- Develop performance tracking dashboards and insights reports measuring reputation impact, media value, share of voice, and campaign engagement
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or Journalism; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in senior communications roles, ideally within the automotive or mobility industry
- Prior experience managing regional or global brand communications for automotive manufacturers or distributors
- Skilled in stakeholder management, crisis response, media engagement, and digital storytelling
- Demonstrated ability to lead integrated campaign execution across fast-paced, multi-brand environments
- High emotional intelligence with executive presence and the ability to influence leadership direction
