We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Creative Production Coordinator to support and manage day-to-day operations within the creative production team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for creative work.Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage timelines, resources, and deliverables for creative production projects
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors or creative partners
- Track project progress, provide status updates, and ensure deadlines are met
- Assist with the preparation of production schedules, budgets, and reports
- Maintain organized records of assets, documentation, and communications
- Support the creative team with administrative and operational tasks as needed
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar coordination or production support role
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic project management tools
- Understanding of creative processes in media, design, or advertising environments is a plus
- Any relevant certification in project management, media production, or related fields would be an advantage
