Specialise in Secondary and/or Off-Plan properties
Source and secure resale listings within your designated area
Generate and manage off-plan client pipelines
Conduct professional client consultations and property viewings
Negotiate and close transactions efficiently
Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, investors, developers, and buyers
Stay updated on market trends, pricing, launches, and competitor activity
Work closely with your Team Leader to exceed monthly targets
Ensure full compliance with RERA regulations and company standards
