Prepare and process invoices, bills, payments, and expense reports.
Reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of transactions.
Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and budgets under the guidance of senior accounting staff.
Assist in performing month-end and year-end close processes.
Assist in conducting internal audits and reconciliations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Assist in analyzing financial data and preparing ad-hoc reports for management as needed.
Respond to inquiries from vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders regarding financial transactions and accounts.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Previous experience in accounting or finance preferred but not required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.t
