- Deliver comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care including management of high risk pregnancies and complex gynecological conditions
- Perform advanced gynecological surgeries and obstetric procedures in accordance with international clinical standards
- Lead and supervise the obstetrics and gynecology department to ensure high quality patient care and clinical excellence
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists, neonatologists, pediatricians, and other specialists to develop coordinated patient care plans
- Participate in hospital committees, quality improvement programs, and clinical governance initiatives
- Mentor and train junior physicians, residents, and medical students within the department
- Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and hospital policies related to maternity and women's health services
- Contribute to strategic planning, service development, and improvement of obstetric and gynecological healthcare programs
- Maintain accurate patient records and oversee clinical documentation standards across the department
- Medical degree from an accredited institution with specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Board certification such as American Board, FRCOG, Arab Board, or equivalent international qualification
- Minimum ten years of post specialization experience including leadership or senior consultant roles
- Eligibility for specialist licensing with UAE healthcare regulatory authorities
- Strong clinical expertise in obstetrics, gynecology, and high risk pregnancy management
