Job Type: Full TimeJob OverviewAs the Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the efficient functioning of the HR department by managing day-to-day administrative responsibilities, coordinating employee engagement initiatives, supporting the recruitment process, and ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws. You will collaborate closely with department heads, management, and candidates to foster a positive, inclusive, and productive work culture.What You'll Do
- Manage administrative HR functions including documentation, filing, and employee records
- Coordinate recruitment logistics such as CV sorting, interview scheduling, and agency communication
- Assist in onboarding, induction planning, and internal communications for new hires
- Maintain internal databases, HR trackers, and monthly HR reports
- Organize employee engagement initiatives, such as staff events, birthday programs, and recognition activities
- Ensure accurate preparation of exit interviews, performance reviews, and training documentation
- Support internal and external job postings, resume flow, and candidate communications
- Facilitate compliance with company policies, procedures, and UAE labor law standards
- Handle HR-related guest service duties and resolve employee concerns professionally
- Contribute to HR projects that enhance employee well-being, retention, and performance
- Uphold confidentiality in handling employee records and sensitive HR matters
- At least 2 years of HR or administrative experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and coordination skills
- Familiarity with UAE labor law and HR processes in hotel operations
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and timely execution
- Team player with a service-driven mindset and high integrity
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR data systems is an advantage
