  • Manage Emirati development initiatives including graduate programs, internship programs, and trainee placements.
  • Maintain relationships with government authorities supporting Emiratisation initiatives and national employment policies.
  • Represent the organization at career fairs, recruitment events, and national employment initiatives.
  • Build partnerships with universities, training institutes, and national placement agencies to support talent pipelines.
  • Monitor Emiratisation program budgets and ensure operational efficiency of nationalization initiatives.
  • Coordinate with training teams to develop orientation and development programs for Emirati employees.
  • Track the progress of Emirati trainees and graduates across business units and ensure effective feedback systems.
  • Stay updated with government regulations related to national employment policies and ensure organizational compliance.
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 6 to 8 years of experience in Emiratisation programs, national workforce development, or HR operations.
  • Strong understanding of UAE nationalization policies and government employment initiatives.
  • Ability to build relationships with government bodies, educational institutions, and workforce agencies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience managing graduate development programs, internships, or national training initiatives.
