The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with NAS and PBX systems, a valid UAE driving license, and the ability to support on-site IT infrastructure.Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software, including routers, switches, and firewalls.

Manage and support NAS (Network Attached Storage) systems for data backup, archiving, and file sharing.

Configure and troubleshoot PBX/VOIP telephone systems (Avaya, Cisco, Panasonic, etc.).

Provide on-site support to clients or branches across UAE as required.

Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure network availability.

Maintain network documentation and update configurations.

Respond to support tickets and escalate issues as needed.

Ensure network security protocols are followed and updated.

RequirementsRequirements:

Proven experience as a Network Engineer or similar role.

Strong experience with NAS systems (e.g., Synology, QNAP).

Proficient in PBX setup, configuration, and maintenance.

Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
