Job Title: Welder
Department & Section: HSM Operation

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily.
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required.
Basic knowledge of Safe Grinding, welding and safe usage of the rectification tools related to work.
Familiarization of rectification process for different defects & problems with different kind of solutions.
Ability to understand the process & and utilize it whenever required during rectification.
Familiarize with the usage of profile cutter, Hydraulic jacks, manual Gag & Enerpac equipment using to repair the sections, sheet pile & jumbo sections.
Minimum Education Qualifications (Must Haves)
Preferred professional training (Nice to have)
Primary or Secondary school.
Industrial training
Certified welder
Safety related course if any
Professional Experience (Must Haves)
5 Years working experience as grinder & welder in steel Industries,
Aware of Grinding, welding & and rectification of heavy sections of Finished goods.
Key Performance Indicators
Ensures that rectification of material to be carried out in a proper manner & and committed to 100% completion on time.
Ensure the best grinding surface & proper welding using best suitable welding rods & by following proper established Co. procedure.
Rectification of held products in a best suitable & fastest way to complete the job without any problem.
Proper Stacking of the prime product & tying it manually & maintain proper identity of bars /bundles.
Handling & maintaining of the rectification tools in a best possible manner to increase the durability of the equipment’s.
Efficient utilization of spares & consumable resources to get the maximum utilization.
