Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking talented and innovative fresh graduate to join our Human Resources team as an Intern. The successful candidate will work with a team of experienced professionals who will guide you through hands-on experience in a corporate organization.This is a 6-month internship program based in Dubai.As a Human Resources Intern, your responsibilities will include:
- Learn about the organization, systems, and policies.
- Support the HR team and business partners on HR-related administrative tasks.
- Participate in HR related projects and activities.
- Engage and assist employees with inquiries.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related studies.
- Prior knowledge in handling Microsoft Office applications (Power Point, Word, and Excel).
- Strong administrative skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to plan and organize workload.
- Willingness to learn new things.
