Because why not do it all?What to ExpectThe Foreman is responsible for scheduling, coordinating and supervising the work of all site operatives, ensuring that all work is delivered safely on time and within budget along with managing equipment and materials required. Preparation of initial inspection reports, test reports, service reports, job completion reports etc.Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Foreman will be overall in charge for supervising the work of the give site
Foreman will ensure that the personnel working under him are aware of quality, health, safety, and environmental requirements of the company as well as of the client(s) and are compliant to the laid down procedures and policies
Has developed proficiency in a range of processes or procedures through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience
Planning Manpower (including subcontracted manpower) requirements and scheduling
Organizing Materials and Tools for the safe execution of jobs
Monitoring UHP/HP units and responsible for traceability keeping of activities related to Unit.
Completes a variety of atypical assignments, as needed
Works within defined processes and procedures or methodologies and may help determine the appropriate approach for new assignments
Has a good understanding of how the team integrates with others to achieve department objectives determine the appropriate approach for new assignments
Likely to act as an informal resource for associates with less experience
Provides solutions to problems in situations that are atypical based on existing precedents or procedures
Impacts the quality and quantity of own work and its contribution to the team
Uses communication skills to effectively exchange information; uses tact and diplomacy when dealing with others

Keys to Success

Requires expertise in a variety of work processes through a combination of job-related training and/ or considerable on-the-job experience
Requires proficiency in a range of analytical and technical processes or procedures to carry out assigned tasks
Ability to read and interpret drawings, manuals and documents.
Hands on experience on operation related activities.
Knowledge on Proper tools, Machines and accessories viz HPU, TP, UHP/HP units etc.
Ability to choose correct hose, fitting and belt options based on information given by Site supervisor

Supervisory Responsibilities

Ability to lead and manage a team of technicians or helpers
Supervisory responsibilities to oversee the technicians and Supply manpower

Requirements and Preferred Skills

5-7 years of experience
Preferred to have Vocational or Technical Qualification or Diploma
Commitment to continuous improvement in Quality, Health, Safety and the Environment (QHSE)
