- High school diploma or higher education.
- Minimum 1-2 years proven experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury or fashion retail.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer profiling, and upselling methods.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with different types of customers.
- Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills.
- Ability to work towards sales targets under pressure.
- Experience working with leather goods, accessories, or perfumes is highly preferred.
- Proficient in basic computer skills and comfortable using POS systems.
- Presentable appearance and professional attitude.
