We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support the day-to-day administrative operations of our office. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of clerical tasks, provide support to staff and management, and ensure that office operations run smoothly and efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence.Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.Organize and maintain files, records, and documents (physical and digital).Schedule appointments and meetings; manage calendars.Assist with data entry, photocopying, scanning, and filing.Order and maintain office supplies inventory.Prepare and distribute memos, reports, and other communications.salary 3000
