Job Title: SAP Expert
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAEJob PurposeWe are seeking a highly skilled SAP Expert with 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP implementation, support, customization, and optimization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing SAP modules, ensuring seamless integration with business processes, troubleshooting system issues, and supporting digital transformation initiatives across the organization.Job DescriptionThe SAP Expert will play a key role in the design, implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of SAP solutions. The role requires strong functional and technical expertise in SAP environments, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver efficient system solutions.Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end SAP system support, configuration, and enhancement activities
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
  • Configure and customize SAP modules based on operational needs
  • Troubleshoot SAP issues and provide timely resolution to users
  • Support SAP integration with third-party applications and internal systems
  • Perform system testing, UAT support, and post-implementation validation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, HR, Procurement, and IT
  • Ensure SAP data integrity, security, and compliance with company policies
  • Prepare technical and functional documentation for system processes
  • Support SAP upgrades, patches, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Provide user training and knowledge transfer sessions
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of SAP experience in implementation and support
  • Strong knowledge in one or more SAP modules such as SAP FICO, MM, SD, HCM, BASIS, or ABAP
  • Experience in SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of business process mapping and workflow optimization
  • Experience in SAP integration and data migration projects
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to work in fast-paced enterprise environments
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Systems, or related field
  • SAP Certification is highly preferred
  • Experience working in enterprise or government/semi-government environments is an advantage
