- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, wash areas, and high-touch surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, offices, corridors, elevators, and common areas
- Empty waste bins and ensure proper waste segregation and disposal
- Refill consumables such as soap, tissue, and sanitizers
- Clean glass panels, windows, and mirrors
- Operate cleaning equipment safely (e.g., vacuum, scrubbers, polishers)
- Report damages, maintenance issues, or safety hazards to the supervisor
- Follow site-specific cleaning schedules and checklists
- Comply with UAE hygiene, safety, and environmental standards
- Support periodic deep cleaning and special cleaning projects
- Residential towers and apartments
- Shopping malls and retail outlets
- Commercial offices and business centers
- Banks and financial institutions
- Public and high-traffic areas
- High school level or equivalent preferred
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience (UAE experience is an advantage)
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Attention to detail
- Time management and efficiency
- Reliability and punctuality
- Basic communication skills (English; Arabic is a plus)
- Teamwork and discipline
- Good personal hygiene and grooming standards
- Ability to work in different locations across Dubai
- Honest, responsible, and hardworking
- Knowledge of basic safety procedures
- Not more than 45 years old
