Primary Functions:● Identifies business opportunities by establishing the contacts with the fleet customer prospects and analyzing sales options.● Acquire new customers and maintain a good relationship with existing customers.● Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities.● Responsible for achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.● Presenting demonstrations on the Cartrack product and services.● Update CRM reports on daily basis.● Responsible for achieving CRM weekly target for calls, leads and meeting.● Explore creative ways and identify opportunities to sell or promote our products and services.● Provide excellent customer service.● Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information.● Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any related fields
  • 2-4 years of experience in customer service will be an added advantage
  • Proficient in English
  • Technically independent with good initiative
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Hands-on and a positive attitude
  • Team player, with a high level of energy and able to work independently
  • Able work under pressure, coordination skill, multi-tasking, service-minded.
  • Initiative for problem solving.
  • Good personality and good follow up.
  • With Valid UAE driving license
