Primary responsibilities of this role:- Establishing strong relationships with internal business stakeholders; building a strong understanding of strategic business direction, requirements and priorities across assigned suppliers and/or spend categories.
- Developing growth strategies to deliver against ambitious objectives for the category
- Build collaborative partnerships with external stakeholders and drive the right business inputs while delivering above par vendor experience
- Drive automation and feature development for the program working closely with Tech/ product teams
- Work with business and finance leaders to identify and drive savings and frugal growth
- Prepare and hold business reviews with stakeholders to review vendor performance, future opportunities, and/or challenges.We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Dubai, AREBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 7+ years of retail, operations, product or program management, or business management/consulting with negotiations and delivering results experience
- Master's degree, or 7+ years of professional experience
- Comfortable with managing complex workstreams across multiple stakeholders
- Able to independently drive topics with senior stakeholders
- Experience with financial analysis and P&L ownership and excelPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience managing large data sets and utilizing to drive performance and process improvements
- Experience in vendor negotiations, pricing and promotion, inventory management, and product development
- Experience in product management and/or technical program management
