- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy for the Office of Executive and Professional Education across all four program verticals
- Build annual and multi-year marketing plans aligned with program growth, enrollment objectives, and institutional priorities
- Drive lead generation through digital advertising, strategic partnerships, events, and regional outreach initiatives
- Oversee the marketing funnel from awareness through inquiry, application, and enrollment, ensuring marketing activities support sustainable growth and measurable outcomes
- Lead OEPE’s digital media and brand strategy, including SEO, paid media, social media, and content marketing initiatives
- Oversee the creation of high-impact and dynamic website content for all program verticals
- Develop program collateral including brochures, viewbooks, custom client pitch decks, and testimonials
- Strengthen NYUAD’s executive education thought leadership presence through blogs, webinars, faculty-led panels, and digital content initiatives
- Establish a data-informed marketing approach that supports strategic decision-making and continuous improvement across marketing initiatives
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance across the full funnel, including lead generation, conversion rates, cost of acquisition (CAC), and return on investment (ROI)
- Implement and manage CRM and marketing automation systems to support inquiry-to-enrollment workflows and improve operational efficiency
- Develop dashboards and reports to provide insights to leadership and support evidence-based marketing strategies
- Develop and manage the division’s website to ensure an effective and engaging digital presence
- Develop regional and international partnerships that support lead generation, co-marketing opportunities, and expanded market reach
- Lead participation in regional and international education fairs and recruitment events to promote NYUAD’s executive and professional education offerings
- Manage thought leadership events including faculty panels, executive briefings, and webinars
- Coordinate with University Communications on media engagement, brand identity, and reputation management
- Master's Degree in one of the following (or a closely related field):
- Marketing
- Business Administration (MBA)
- Communications / Strategic Communications
- Strategy
- Higher Education Administration
- Public Relations / Integrated Marketing
- Data / Analytics / Digital Marketing/marketing analytics concentration
- 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience
- Demonstrated success driving enrollment growth in higher education or executive education
- Experience working in the GCC, particularly the UAE
- Experience managing large marketing budgets and agencies
- Experience building digital-first, data-driven marketing organizations

- CRM / Marketing Automation (Salesforce, HubSpot, Slate, etc.)
- Coursework or executive education in GCC/UAE market strategyor higher-ed enrollment management
- Marketing knowledge of executive education, professional master’s, or corporate learning programs at a previous institution of higher education
- Expertise in B2B, government, and enterprise marketing
- Deep understanding of GCC and international student markets
- Advanced CRM and marketing automation expertise
