Company Description, having earned its reputation as a reliable and respected international contractor for more than a half century in the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) market, continues to create value to its stakeholders by executing complex EPC projects worldwide, in recognition of its superior standards of performance.We have an outstanding record in completing major Energy (Oil & Gas - Power and Water), Marine, Infrastructure and Defense & Security projects around the globe and we pride ourselves on delivering over the years the kind of reliability and trust that the client has the right to expect from a major EPC contractor.Archirodon has been awarded a major Oil & Gas EPC project in UAE, and is currently building a team of experienced Lead Engineers, who will be based in our UAE office and lead the multidiscipline Engineering of the project.Project includes the detailed engineering and design, quality assurance and control, procurement/supply, interface management, construction/installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning/start-up of Hydrocarbon & non-Hydrocarbon systems and management including all works required for the job completion. The main objective of this brownfield project is to increase the production handling capacity by adding a new Production Train and associated facilities at an existing Central Degassing Station and a new gas lift compressor train at another existing Central Degassing Station.Role Summary:Role Summary:Senior Discipline Engineer - Pipeline Stress will be working with a team of highly knowledgeable professionals. .Throughout the Engineering of the Project up to startup and operation They will:Perform pipeline stress analysis and support design using industry-standard tools in accordance with project specifications and ADNOC standards.Assist in developing and reviewing piping layouts and equipment arrangements prepared by designers and consultants.Coordinate with other engineering disciplines (mechanical, structural, process, instrumentation) to ensure safe and efficient piping designs.Participate in model reviews and ensure technical accuracy of piping designs in coordination with the design team.Provide input on clash detection, layout optimization, and resolution of technical issues during design development.Support in the preparation of discipline deliverables such as isometrics, general arrangement drawings, and support drawings.Ensure timely and accurate submission of assigned deliverables in line with project schedules.Report to the Division Engineering Manager and coordinate with client representatives and third-party consultants for design reviews and approvals.What you will need to have:
  • BE or equivalent in Mechanical
  • Proven experience in your respective engineering discipline - Minimum 10 years of relevant experience related to Oil & Gas Projects and detailed engineering experience in the field of expertise
  • Technical competence in basic & detailed engineering with strong technical background, and advanced analytical skills in basic and detailed engineering design from project feasibility stage to plant commissioning and startup
  • Previous exposure to international environment
  • Experience using relevant commercial software applicable to Oil & Gas projects
  • In depth knowledge of international codes & standards, international design guidelines & recommendations
  • Experience in Environmental regulatory requirements (local, international), review and understanding of local Environmental Laws would be a definite advantage
  • Excellent command (written and oral) of the English language
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
