- Source and purchase commercial, profitable product ranges to maximize sales and margin
- Manage inventory levels to minimize lost sales and balance product mix through rigorous in-season analysis
- Negotiate pricing, shipment costs, payment terms, and intake margins with vendors to optimize cost effectiveness
- Monitor brand and category performance, initiating corrective actions to stay within agreed financial parameters
- Build deep understanding of brand perception and customer feedback through regular store visits and team engagement
- Collaborate with Planning, Finance, Digital, Logistics, and Operations teams to achieve shared business goals
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Qualification in Retail Management preferred
- 3 to 4 years of experience in buying and merchandising roles
- Mandatory fashion retail background
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and commercial decision-making skills
- Effective stakeholder collaboration and communication abilities
