The successful candidate will assist in the design and development of architectural projects, providing technical expertise and creative solutions while working closely with senior architects and multidisciplinary teams.Key Responsibilities:Design Support: Assist in the preparation and development of architectural designs and concepts for a variety of projects (residential, commercial, mixed-use, etc.).Technical Documentation: Prepare drawings, specifications, and presentations under the guidance of senior architects. Support the preparation of tender documents and assist in design reviews.3D Modelling & Visualization: Develop 3D models and architectural visualizations using software tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and BIM.Site Coordination: Assist in coordination between design and construction teams, ensuring that designs are correctly implemented at the site level.Client Liaison: Work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors, ensuring that architectural designs meet their requirements, budget, and timelines.Research & Innovation: Keep up to date with the latest industry trends, materials, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the design process.Sustainability: Contribute to sustainable design strategies, ensuring compliance with environmental standards and local regulations.Required Qualifications & Skills:Education:
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
Experience:
  • 7 - 10 years of professional experience in architecture, preferably in the UAE or GCC region. Internships or academic projects related to architecture will also be considered.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of BIM tools and processes is a plus.
Design Skills:
  • Strong conceptual and technical design abilities, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
Communication:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively present ideas and designs.
Collaboration:
  • Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
Language:
  • Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices in the UAE.
  • Familiarity with sustainable design practices (LEED, Estidama, etc.).
