- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the FMCG packaging market.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing key accounts, while identifying and converting new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (production, supply chain, and customer service) to ensure timely and effective delivery of solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth in the UAE and wider GCC markets.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline reporting, and market insights to management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3-4 years of proven experience in FMCG packaging sales (plastics, food & beverage, consumer goods packaging preferred).
- Strong business development and account management skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Based in Dubai with a valid UAE driving license preferred.
