Job Description:Job descriptionThe MEP Coordinator is an essential position within our organization, responsible for overseeing the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) components of construction projects. This role requires a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional with over ten years of experience in the MEP field. The MEP Coordinator will ensure that all systems are designed, installed, and maintained in accordance with industry standards and regulations. The individual will work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure the seamless integration of MEP systems into the overall project framework. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of MEP systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.Responsibilities:
  • Overall Coordination: Ensure seamless integration and coordination of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Planning & Reporting: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, track progress, and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Interface: Act as the primary point of contact between the client, consultants, and contractors to facilitate clear communication and resolve technical or operational issues.
  • Resource & Risk Management: Optimize resource allocation, identify and mitigate project risks, and ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Approval & Quality Control: Review and approve MEP materials, technical drawings, and subcontractor deliverables to ensure alignment with project specifications and quality requirements.
