- Develop, maintain, and update detailed EPC project schedules (Level 3 & 4).
- Prepare integrated master schedules covering engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and start-up.
- Establish Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) in coordination with engineering and construction teams.
- Review and approve contractor baseline schedules.
- Perform schedule risk analysis and mitigation planning.
- Monitor project progress and productivity against approved baseline.
- Conduct critical path analysis and identify potential delays.
- Review contractor progress reports and validate physical progress.
- Prepare internal and client progress reports (weekly & monthly).
- Track key milestones and ensure timely achievement.
- Perform Extension of Time (EOT) assessments.
- Conduct delay analysis (Time Impact Analysis, Window Analysis, etc.).
- Evaluate contractor claims related to time and planning.
- Provide recommendations on mitigation and recovery plans.
- Interface with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.
- Participate in progress review meetings with contractors.
- Coordinate with cost control team for integrated reporting.
- Ensure alignment with ADNOC project governance procedures.
- Identify schedule risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Support quantitative schedule risk assessments.
- Maintain risk-adjusted schedules when required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Civil / Electrical / Chemical).
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
- Primavera P6 advanced proficiency (mandatory).
- Minimum 15 years of experience in oil & gas EPC projects.
- Minimum 5 years in PMC role (preferably in ADNOC group projects).
