Job Position - Desktop Support Engineer
Location: Abu Dhabi
Experience Required: 4+ years
Notice Period: Immediate - 30 days
Salary: 7000 AEDKey Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site & remote support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, IP phones, and mobile devices
- Troubleshoot hardware, software & network issues; escalate when required
- Manage service requests, system setups, installations, and upgrades
- Support Windows, macOS & Microsoft Office environments
- Handle Active Directory user account management
- Document incidents and maintain ITSM processes
- Support branch setups and IT projectsExperience Required:
- Minimum 4+ years in desktop/end-user support or IT helpdeskEssential Skills:
- Windows (7/8/10/11) & Windows Server (2012/2016/2019)
- macOS support
- Active Directory & Office 365 administration
- Microsoft Endpoint Manager / Intune
- Asset management tools (SCCM, ManageEngine, Lansweeper)
- Mobile device support (iOS, Android) with MDM tools (ManageEngine, Intune)
- Remote support tools (SCCM, ManageEngine Desktop Central)
- Strong troubleshooting & communication skillsCertifications (Mandatory):
- Microsoft Certifications (MCP / MCSA / MCSE or equivalent)
