We are currently seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team in Dubai. The Receptionist will be responsible for handling front desk duties, greeting visitors, and providing administrative support.Responsibilities:Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and friendly manner.
Answer incoming calls and redirect them to the appropriate person or department.
Manage the reception area and ensure it is clean and organized.
Handle inquiries and provide information about the company and its services.
Schedule appointments and manage conference room bookings.
Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
UAE residency or work permit is required.
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
