Job Description :We are looking for a skilled Plant Engineer to join our concrete manufacturing team. If you have a strong background in equipment maintenance, process optimization, and regulatory compliance within industrial or concrete plant settings, this opportunity is for you.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs for mixers, conveyors, and batch plantsTroubleshoot plant equipment issues and lead corrective actions to minimize downtimeOptimize production processes for energy efficiency and cost savingsMonitor KPIs and production data to identify areas for continuous improvementEnsure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulationsLead plant improvement projects and equipment upgradesCollaborate with cross-functional teams and report to the Plant ManagerRequirementsBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering fieldProven experience in a concrete manufacturing or similar heavy industrial environmentStrong knowledge of equipment maintenance, process control, and plant operationsFamiliarity with UAE health, safety & environmental standardsEffective communicator with strong analytical and leadership skillsProficiency in project management and troubleshooting complex technical issues
