- Conduct rapid initial assessments, examinations, and diagnoses of patients presenting to the emergency department
- Provide timely and effective treatment to stabilize patients and manage acute and life-threatening conditions
- Perform emergency procedures and interventions in line with international emergency medicine standards
- Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams including surgeons, intensivists, anesthetists, and nursing staff
- Supervise, mentor, and support junior physicians and emergency department staff
- Ensure accurate, timely documentation of all patient encounters, procedures, and clinical decisions
- Participate in emergency department audits, quality improvement initiatives, and clinical governance activities
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emergency medicine best practices and participate in continuous professional development
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification in Emergency Medicine
- UK CCT, American Board, Canadian Board, or equivalent certification
- Minimum 5 years post-graduate experience in Emergency Medicine
- Previous experience working in the Middle East is highly desirable
- Strong clinical decision-making skills and ability to perform under pressure
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities
- Fluency in English, with Arabic language skills considered an advantage
