Site Supervisor – Job Description📌 Role OverviewA Site Supervisor oversees day-to-day operations at construction or project sites. They ensure work is completed safely, on time, and according to plans, while coordinating workers, materials, and equipment.🔧 Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily site activities and workforce
Ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications
Monitor project progress and report status to management
Enforce safety regulations and site discipline
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors
Manage materials, tools, and equipment on-site
Inspect work quality and ensure standards are met
Resolve on-site issues and delays
Maintain site records and reports

🎓 Required Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Proven experience in construction/site supervision
Knowledge of construction methods and materials
