Data Analyst (A/B Platform)Department: AnalyticsEmployment Type: Full TimeLocation: RemoteReporting To: Stas FedyakovDescriptionWe are looking for an A/B Testing Platform Data Analyst to play a key role in Tabby's growth. A/B platform analyst will work closely with our Core Development team to drive the evolution of our internal A/B platform and A/B testing-related processes in the company. We expect you to be the source of truth in A/B testing methodology and promote experimentation culture across Tabby. You'll be working with a cross-functional team, in a tight collaboration with Analysts, Product, and Developers Teams.Key Responsibilities

A/B Testing Platform Development: Support the development and enhancement of the A/B testing platform to meet organizational needs from the early stage. Ensure the platform's scalability, reliability, and adaptability to changing business requirements.
Performance Evaluation: Conduct thorough analyses to evaluate the effectiveness of the A/B testing platform. Implement metrics and KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality of A/B tests conducted across various teams. Develop and enforce best practices, standards, and methodologies to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
Cultural Advocacy: Act as a champion for the organization's culture of testing and experimentation. Educate and train teams on the importance of A/B testing, its methodologies, and its impact on decision-making processes.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a data/product analyst (MUST)
Experience in designing and conducting A/B tests (MUST)
Experience in leading A/B testing process enhancement across the company (MUST)
Strong understanding of statistical analysis, experimental design, and hypothesis testing
Proficiency in SQL and relational databases
Experience in planning data structures for new products and features.
Knowledge of Python (Pandas, Numpy, Statsmodels, Matplotlib, etc.)
Experience in data visualization tools, particularly Tableau, is a plus
Strong quantitative skills and a structured approach to problem-solving. Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
Fluent English level
