Field Service Representative (UAE Location)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform installation, testing, maintenance, and repair of wellhead equipment, SSV, and associated control panels in accordance with OEM procedures and client specifications.
  • Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical manuals to ensure accurate execution of service tasks.
  • Maintain and manage inventory of service tools and equipment, ensuring proper calibration and readiness.
  • Collaborate effectively with client site supervisors and internal teams to deliver work within established timelines.
  • Complete all job documentation and reports accurately and submit them to site management.
  • Handle customer property responsibly and professionally, ensuring zero damage or loss.
  • Comply with all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies during workshop and field operations.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Engineering degree (or equivalent)
  • 5–8 years in wellhead services, incl. 2+ in field roles
  • Tool handling & HSE knowledge
  • Arabic/English preferred
