Overview of the roleIf you thrive in a fast-paced automotive environment and enjoy bringing structure, accuracy, and customer focus to complex sales operations, this role is for you.We are looking for a UAE National Central Sales Support Executive with fluent English-speaking skills with some experience in customer service and administration role.This is a full-time permanent role located in Abu Dhabi.This role sits at the heart of sales operations, ensuring seamless coordination, accurate documentation, and efficient stock management across locations.What You Will Do

Manage end-to-end sales documentation and system updates from booking through to vehicle delivery, including SAP entries, deal packs, insurance, finance, and registration documents
Ensure 100% accuracy and completion of all sales documentation, enabling smooth cross-checking with internal departments
Coordinate tagging, de-tagging, and unit swaps to meet branch and customer requirements
Support the availability, preparation, and tracking of demo, display, Goshi, and marketing units
Monitor and manage aged stock, customer-tagged units, and vehicle movement to meet SLA commitments
Prepare and maintain key weekly and monthly reports, including demo, PDI, conversion, and de-fleeting reports
Support day-to-day sales operations through effective coordination with Sales, Finance, Insurance, and Operations teams
