Our EMEA Division, integrated within Monarch's comprehensive ecosystem, is committed to delivering top-tier automotive products for aftermarket customers.Monarch represents a portfolio of renowned brands such as Richardson, and SF-Filter, specializing in OTR Tires, Filters, and aftermarket solutions.Embark on an exciting journey as a Sales Manager, operating as a key player within our dynamic team based in Dubai, UAE.Key Responsibilities:Strategically review and evaluate sales strategies tailored to the UAE and Middle East markets.Develop and maintain pivotal relationships at the customer and country levels.Execute face-to-face customer engagements aligned with approved travel plans.Monitor changes in legislation to ensure proactive business adjustments.Manage sales plans to achieve budgeted sales and drive regional growth.Oversee sales and margin/profitability management across product lines.Identify cross-selling opportunities and support effective cross-selling initiatives.Lead negotiations, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback.Maintain effective business communication and timely reporting.Ensure assets are utilized cost-effectively and adhere to expense budgets.

This role offers a unique opportunity to drive sales strategies, expand product lines, and nurture customer relationships in the UAE and Middle East markets while reporting directly to the Commercial manager.
