The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent while maintaining strong candidate experience and compliance with UAE labor standards. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.

Utilize multiple sourcing channels (job boards, social media, agencies, referrals) to attract qualified candidates.

Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and facilitate the selection process.

Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment reports.

Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires in coordination with HR and operations.

Promote a strong employer brand across hiring platforms and events.

Ensure all recruitment processes comply with UAE labor laws and internal policies.

Support the HR Manager in manpower planning and recruitment campaigns as needed.
